I am a new florist in town and couldn't wait to get involved with this program. What a great way to get my name out there without tapping my advertising budget. I have taken the Flowers For Kids program to the Union Township Garden Club and also the Women's Club in town. The ages of these groups were betwenn 40 and 80 years old, but you would never have known it. They absolutly loved being 8 years old again and were thrilled to take their own bouquet home. They visit my shop (usually with grandchildren in tow) and can't wait to tell me how surprised they were at how long their flowers lasted. Minor modifications to the script were necessary but easily adjusted. The oooohhh's and ahhhhhhh's are the same as the 1st graders when they see the buckets of flowers. My thanks Christine and Janet at Delaware Valley for the quick solo instuction class and for their continued support.

Beautiful I just wish more of our customers would get on the ball. We have trained 40 retailers but only a few have gotten out of their shops.

harley, this past weekend a retailer who was trained a year ago just did her first presentation... she said she never saw herself as a public speaker... many shy florists who need a nudge?
