Just a note to let you know, if you have not already heard, that Eric Benjamin of Cenflo Publications has left the planet.  I got a call yesterday from Susie Kostick - a friend and an editor at Cenflo that Eric was being disconnected from life support.  What a shock.  Eric was a memorable friend to many of us..........an industry supporter - a superb writer, photographer and a tremendous musician among his many talents.  Suzie says that his death was caused by a series of strokes caused after a cyst on the kidney erupted resulting in a mennengitis infection.  Suzie says plans re being made for his memorial service in New Mexico and that Eric's ashes will be scattered after the service in the New Mexico terrain that he loved so well.

Eric was a very fun guy and a great bass player. Have known him for as long as I have been in this business and he was always a straight up guy. Live everyday since we do not know when our time will come. Peace
